Processing & Shipping Time
All items are made to order.
- Processing time: 1–2 weeks
- Average ship time: Most orders ship sooner than 1 week
- Large orders, custom colors, or custom designs may require additional time
If an order needs extra time, we’ll contact you with an update.
🚚 Shipping times after dispatch vary by carrier and location and are outside our control.
Order Accuracy
Please double-check:
- Shipping address
- Selected color
- Custom details (if applicable)
Once an item enters production, changes may not be possible.
Color & Appearance Disclaimer
Colors may vary slightly due to:
- Filament batch differences
- Lighting conditions
- Screen displays
We do our best to represent colors accurately, but exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.
About 3D Printed Items (Important)
All products are 3D printed layer-by-layer. Because of this:
Normal and expected characteristics include:
- Minor layer lines
- Small surface marks or seams
- Slight cosmetic variations between prints
These are part of the 3D printing process and do not qualify as defects.
We inspect items before shipping and will not send out anything we feel is unacceptable.
Made-to-Order Items
Most items are printed specifically for your order.
Because of this:
- We do not accept returns for change of mind
- We do not accept returns for size or color preference
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will absolutely help in any way.
Custom Orders (Final Sale)
All custom orders are final sale and non-refundable.
Custom orders include:
- Personalized items
- Custom dimensions or modifications
- Items printed from customer-provided files
- Items printed from other licensed files not on the website such as fidget dragons
If a custom item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will assist with repair or replacement.
Return & Issue Reporting Window
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery for any issue.

Please contact us if your item:
- Arrives damaged during shipping
- Has a functional defect
- Is the wrong item
- Is missing parts
Photos help us resolve issues faster and are appreciated.
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days with:
- Photos of the outer box
- Photos of the packing materials
- Photos of the damaged item
This helps us file shipping claims and fix things quickly.
Refunds, Repairs & Replacements
If an issue is approved, we may offer:
- Replacement
- Repair
- Refund (when appropriate)
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Return Shipping
- If the issue is due to our error or a defect, we cover return shipping if needed
- For approved returns unrelated to defects, return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Custom orders
- Digital files / STL downloads
- Items damaged by misuse, modification, heat exposure, or improper handling
- Items returned without contacting us first
Safety & Use Disclaimer
- Some items may contain small parts
- Not intended for unsupervised use by children
- Not responsible for damage caused by improper use or modifications
