What to expect from 3D printed items.

Why does my item look slightly different from photos?

3D printed parts are made layer by layer, so minor layer lines, small surface marks, or slight color variation between filament batches can happen. Those are normal characteristics of the process.

Do you inspect items before shipping?

Yes. Every item is checked before it ships. We look for print quality, fit, function, and obvious defects before packing the order.

Are your items safe for children?

Some products may contain small parts and are not intended for unsupervised use by children. Please use all items responsibly and as intended.

Do you sell digital files?

Some listings may include digital STL files. Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered.

Shipping and order changes

What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the shipping box, packing materials, and damaged item. We’ll work with you on a repair, replacement, or refund when appropriate.

Do you ship outside the United States?

We primarily ship within the United States. If you are outside the U.S., contact us before ordering and we can check what options may be available.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can only be changed or canceled before production begins. Once printing has started, changes may not be possible.
