
How long does it take to receive my order?
All items are made to order.
- Processing time: 1–2 weeks
- Most orders ship sooner
- Shipping time after dispatch depends on the carrier and your location
Large orders or custom projects may take slightly longer. If that happens, we’ll reach out with an update.
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes! We love custom projects.
You can request a custom order if:
- You have a file you found online
- You created a file but can’t print it yourself
- You want a small modification or personalization
We offer free quotes. Custom orders are final sale.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because most items are made to order:
- Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Custom orders are not eligible for returns
If there’s an issue, reach out and we’ll help.
Why does my item look slightly different from photos?
All products are 3D printed layer by layer.
Normal characteristics include:
- Minor layer lines
- Small surface marks
- Slight color variations between filament batches
These are expected and part of the 3D printing process.
Do you inspect items before shipping?
Yes. Every item is checked before shipping. We won’t send anything we wouldn’t be happy to receive ourselves.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of:
- The shipping box
- Packing materials
- The damaged item
We’ll work with you to repair, replace, or refund if needed.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Currently, we primarily ship within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in an order, feel free to contact us to see what options may be available.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be changed or canceled before production begins. Once printing has started, changes may not be possible.
Are your items safe for children?
Some items may contain small parts and are not intended for unsupervised use by children. Please use items responsibly and as intended.
Do you sell digital files?
Some listings may include digital files (STLs).
All digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered.
